Yesterday’s run gave me a blister (that popped) on my… achelies (sp) tendon? I dont know what its called. so i put a bandaid on it and headed to the gym for an extreme run. Unfortunately somewhere from the house to the treadmill, the bandaid got lost. So i got only half of my run in before it started burning all crazy.
To make up for it, im going to be extra good with food...

H appy New Years, Everyone!
Im on my way to the gym. Its my second day working out with diet supplements. Its pretty hard running with out them. My stamina isnt as great, i definitely dont have as much energy, and I lack the drive to keep going with out them.
Until about six months ago i was using them for the wrong reasons. I would take them. Everyday to suppress my appetite and keep my self from eating. Only recently...

I love watching movies where underweight girls are casted as the most desireable because it makes me feel like shit.
Just cardio’d 300 calories in 40 minutes
I may start focusing on walking on a high incline. It doesnt burn me out so fast and it allows me to lose myself in the music
